Spring Brings Fresh New Hope.....

Spring brings the nights getting lighter, the sunshine is feeling a little warmer and every glimpse of blue sky is filling us with hope that emerges from the darkness of winter.

I know I am feeling a little bit more optimistic and with the promise of warmer weather and brighter days certainly lifts my mood. The lighter and warmer days fills my soul and makes me look forward to the birds drinking from the bird bath and listening to their songs of greeting spring.

Each spring, I have the blessing to get excited about working with new home sellers and home buyers. Building relationships which are new, but will connect us with one of the most important decisions they will make, selling their home or buying their home. Forty plus years I have been experiencing spring markets and finding new relationships which will always be remembered. I still remember the first home I listed and sold, it was in May of 1981 and two story home on Range Av., Colby Ks. I still drive by the home and smile, thinking about the home sellers and how we built a relationship that was so much more than just selling their home. I miss them, they have passed on to Heaven's home but I will never forget that first couple who trusted this new agent to handle their home. That first big step was to lead to many to follow and ones I am still looking forward to.

Yep, spring certainly helps us step out of the more dark days of winter and to step forward into spring with a smile in our hearts and hope for the new lighter days and feeling the warmth of the sun.
