Ladies Morning Out...

Please put this date on your calendar and tell all your friends. This will be a fun, informative gathering of ladies. Two great guest speakers and lots of discussion on real estate and how we women now fit into the world of real estate. More women are purchasing their own home, building their own rental income portfolio, running the family farm and much more.

It isn't just a man's world...real estate is one if not the largest investments we have and it is part of our family wealth, regardless if your family is just you or more. Knowledge is power and knowing more about real estate and how it works will empower you and help you understand your current or future real estate investments.

Sadly, we never know when divorce or death can affect us and yes that means affect the family real estate wealth as well. Just knowing some of the key real estate 101's can be helpful now and in the future.
